remove powerups

One of my members said he saw a server in which powerups were disabled. The level was Yodler. Is this possible without changing the map?

The way there were no powerups in that Yodeller server was because someone went outside the map and stole all the powerups from Santa's Love Shack.

Uhu, I often do that when I'm first in the map and it's a long game (bout 50 frags or more).

Makes it much more fun :)
