I keep trying to find some quality Doom 3 mods but can't seem to find any that are already out besides Classic Doom. Does anyone know of any? Same thing with Quake 4.

for quake4, search for HardQore. They released a beta recently, totally awesome. It is a side scrolling shooter.

doom3, get In Hell. Awesome 19 level mod, that is worth revisiting more than once. Also Last Man Standing. This is such a fantastic mod which also includes builtin support for coop on all of the single player maps. Basically Last Man Standing is more akin to classic doom style of play. Tons of enemies, much shooting.

There are also some demo releases of mods that are interesting too, such as DoomChronicles, and Quake2: Lost Marine (which is now switched to quake4 but there is a doom3 build).

Whilst a lot of the bigger mods are still in development, if you liked vanilla doom3 gameplay, there are a shit ton of maps, a lot of them good too.

Also it was kinda short, but I enjoyed the FRANKENSTEIN mod (doom3).

Check out http://www.d3files.com for a huge list of stuff.
