i am not sure about this, but it seems like, that Billy is saving up 20&#37; of bandwidth for XP's needs... ehh could that be truth?
and seems like someone found a solution for that :/

Well I reset it but haven't noticed any differance as of yet .Have you tried it Hybrid ?

the forum i dug this up lots of lads said it did work. Ohh well, maybe another day, some more luck for us :)

maybe there is a slight difference when you do speed tests online before and after. ... ish

In the future you might want to first try it yourself, then post it if you have good results.

Here's a little piece of free software that will configure your registry to gain peak download speed for your modem, whether it's dsl or cable. It works on your tcp window size and a couple of other settings.

I've did speedtest.net a couple times without/with it

theirs a noticable difference . GREAT find

also my pings in games have lowered by 30ish

I tried the bandwidth thingy on another machine and this one also....no difference that I could tell.

That is old news been around a long time btw and you should read more about it because it explains in more detail.
