considering most anti-spyware programs list Alexa's cookie as bad and I know I personally put it into the block list....I doubt it is able to correctly report the results

Alexa is a good tool. You shouldn't stop using it just because of its cookie. Delete your cookies after your Internet session and you have no problems.
