Saw this on TV and looked it up on Youtube.

Kid breaks his arm trying a skateboard trick.

** This does show a broken limb! **

It was on TV, so you know it's not THAT bad - but I figured I'd post the warning anyways.

Thing is, this is just the freakiest looking thing I've seen. The dude totally looks like an alien or muppet or something. Knowing the kid turned out okay eventually, I just couldn't stop laughing at this. It's just so....freakish.

Some of his comments are great too. You can tell he went into shock almost immidiately but he still had some good lines.

That kid handled that incredibly well. Two bones broken at a near 90 degree angle there. The pain must have been incredible.

Skater: "I think I broke my arm. Ah yeah, I did."

Friend: "OMG dude. OMG. OMG."

Skater: "Dude go get my skateboard." :funny:

Friend: * Runs and get the skateboard *

Friend: "OMG dude. OMG"

Skater: "It doesn't hurt as bad as I thought it would, but it f***ing kills."

Friend: "OMG. OMG dude. OMG."

Friend: "Who do you want me to call?"

Skater: "Um, my mommy?" (Humor! The kid kept his sense of humor)

Friend: "Where's your phone dude?"

Skater: "No just get me my phone and I'll call her."

Friend: "No, where is it?"

Skater: "On the table inside the garage." (clear head, no shock that I can see)

Friend: *runs and gets phone *

Skater: "Lemme see." * dials his mom *

Friend: "OMG dude."


Most people would lose it with an injury this severe. This kid kept his head and I didn't see any signs of shock at all. Tough kid.

Maybe he was high...nah, couldn't be, he would've ate the skateboard then when the munchies hit...
