How come

If i play on my server i can talk to other people but if i go to another such as Outlaws server i can type stuff in but it won't show up :WTF:

What is your ping? Sometimes if I'm on a server with a very high ping, or lots of spikes I have the same problem.

Yeah. Just repeat it by pressing up arrow.

Same here, i also have had that problem on high ping servers.
