I actually my favorite was final fantasy 3 on the super nintendo. Then, 7, then 8, then 10. I think the best part of 10 was the sphere grid. I thought that was so cool. By the time I beat it, almost everyone had the same magic and abilities. It was great.

Hands down the best FF when you look at it. Awesome story, great characters, and the chainsaw and bum rush owned anything!

My favorite SquareSoft RPG: Xenogears

Adds Bruce Lee fighting w/ huge Gundam mech battles. The animation was superb, and the story was DEEP!

ahh the last few years have been very final fantasy filled

ive played a couple of em
well my favourite has to be 8, just because the story was just so sappy, and well im a sap.

the 7 because its honestly the most well made final fantasies of them all, most fun to actually play.

6, oh my, no explanation needed, very amazing, just played it when the graphics were not as stellar(i played it last year), so i guess i have no excuse but o well.

9, man it was great for the nostalgia but honestly it didnt bring anything new to that plate, but that dosent matter! it was FREAKING AMAZING. oh and btw, some of the best character development in the series.

4 was amazing, but dated and hard. I played the chronicles edition.

havent played the rest, but i plan to get final fantasy origins.



oh and anybody who likes final fantasy games needs to play final fantasy tactics.

Xenogears looks liek an amzing game. The only thing that I'm worried about is most of the previews say you watch it as much as you play it. Some of the cutscenes are 30+ minutes!

Xenogears was a great game, very cutscene filled, but they were very decent cutscenes.

I read the EGM review on the latest Xenogears, they said that the first like 6 hours you play, you only actually play for like 2 hours.

i like movies in games.

i lkie 7 because it has good characters, but i like 10 because blitz ball is awsome but then i like 9 because of the card game (i almost have all the cards :wootrock: ) but back to 7, i like all the mini games and the chocobo racing. and i like 8 because of the game where you dig with the chocobos :P

Good lord I hate Blitzball. I only played it that time that I had to, and I didn&#39;t do anything. I just hit X or O or whatever it was to get the stupid game overwith.

I can live without Wakka&#39;s limit breaks.

Blitzball is actually cool once you realise how to play, and because your stats go up every time you play, win or loose, if you play 1 team at a time, say Ronso, Kilika, Guada etc. there stats only level up when they play you, so in the end, you will have the highest stats.

Dang, i like 7 most of them. It had the best catching story, great great great atmosphere and the chocobo&#39;s rocked there. I was so into the story that i almost had to cry when aeris or something died :( Yeah im a tough guy ^^
FF8 was cool too. Gotta love the superhigh quality FMV&#39;s. Damn i was drooling all over my keyboard&#33;&#33;&#33; Cardgame was awesome, until my cardgames got the randomly rules...that sucked. Story was ok, not masterful like 7, dang i wanna install it again&#33;&#33;&#33;
I&#39;ve played 10 for about 1 hour and stopped playing again :D. Dont like to play RPGs on a playstation and i definately didnt like the so limited things in 10. Where was all the freedom? That sucked and the new summon system sucked ass too IMO.

ps: i havent played 1,2,3,4,5,6,9 haha&#33;&#33; I hope they will return to the PC ever...
