I've never had one either,,,,,my favourite is a snake bite (Yukon Jack and lime juice strained through ice).

Hmmmm.....I liked to drink one that was a little East of Manhattan...called a Long Island Tea.
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz tequila
juice of 1/2 lemons
1 splash Coca-Cola® for color
Use top shelf liquor and it won't be long until you can't see.
I think that one was why I don't drink anymore.

You all just have NO idea what you are missing out on. :)

It's a big family tradition to drink Manhattans, so that has a lot to do with it for me.

However, they do kick arse. I like them in a few different varieties, but my favourite of late is to use Southern Comfort and dry vermouth instead of sweet (Since to SoCo is so sweet).

It makes one damn fine drink!
