BAN SCRIPTS

Can any one help with the scripts on a non dedicated normal in game server for second edition frag .that enables me to prevent observers also the script to ban i.p's and how to use the scripts please ...all help deeply appreciated.... :thumbs:

There are a series of instructions in the manual on the SSSE disc. They are a little complicated to explain here and i cant remember them exactly, sorry.

But take a look at the manual, it should help :thumbs:

Try this
before you click the start button to begin the game press F1 to bring down the console, then use these commands.
I haven't tried the ban commands but I have used the password ones.

/AddIPMask("123.124.125.126"); _ _// ban that one ip
/AddIPMask("192.168.*.*"); _ _ _ _// ban the whole local subnet
/AddNameMask("John"); _ _ _ _ _ _ // john gets grounded
/AddNameMask("[EvilTeam]*");// the evil team is not welcome on this server

any word can be substituted for this and that

/net_strobserverpassword="this" observer password
/net_strConnectpassword="that" server password
