If you ask one admin to change your username and he explains to you that he can not because you have changed your name in the last 6 months, please DO NOT go behind that admin's back and ask another one to do it.
We have a thread in the admin's section of name changes that we keep current, we know exactly when names were changed and the rule is once every six months.
