I love it! I'm getting over 2 Dollars to every Pound at the moment. Almost like the good old days when we got 2.5 to the pound :)

I bet you wish it was the early 1900's when it was 5$ to a pound.
It's interesting but probably not relevant that the pound bottomed out at the beginning of Ronald Reagan's second term.

What you see happening is the next logical step in the unification process of Canada, the US, and Mexico that was started more than 20 years ago. The unification of North America, much like happened with the EU.

The US economy is strong, the US stock market currently rests near the record mark. We are not in a recession or inflationary period. The truth is that the Federal Reserve is manipulating the value of the US dollar to make things more favorable for the final step - the opening of borders and the move to a common North American currency.

It will happen. Just wait.

I have most of my money in Euros so I do not feel the pain most of you do :)
