thats not the le server. the le server has 36 fraglimit, not 40 as i can see from ur screenie..this must have been some other server ;)
i heard there is a fake le server out there sometimes, because somebody got mad that he is banned from the right le server..maybe u played on this one?

That's probably the reason then. We NEVER have a 40 frag limit.
