It's about time this stupid fashion trend went away. Saggers beware, the trend of making this an fineable offence is catching on. Several towns and cities here have laws against it and it's moved on to other cities like Atlanta and Dallas. ;)

They should ask there local police department about that law. Cops around here say it's easier to catch one of them fellers. It's mighty hard to run fast while holding up your pants.

Can we make this law only apply to the men?

Nothing wrong w/ a little thong

...from the ladies. :P

Although I think that "fashion" trend is one of the top 10 worst to ever exist (flannel would be in that top 10 as well), this is a gross use of legislative power.

I think it's all sort of silly. Let kids be kids. There's really nothing obscene about it and it's just funny when some people go to the extreme of having their pants down to there thighs and have to tighten their belt to keep them there. Watch them try to walk - hilarity ensues. :D

My kids aren't going to do it, and it should be against school dress codes, but what the hell, if kids want to dress like that on their own time then who cares?

At this point I'm pretty much against government and religious groups imposing themselves on us anymore than they already have.
