I was wondering if any of the gurus out there had ever used alice to learn basic programming. We are using it in my Intro to Comp SCI class and i find it very difficult!

I googled and got something about doing 3d applications...is that what you're doing as an intro class? I hope not.

"Basic programming" as in "the basics of programming" or "basic programming" as in "programming in basic" ("basic" is a language).
