why can I only buy this game with Half life 2?:(

And is it usk 18 because of Half life:confused:

From what I understand you can download it stand-alone.

To purchase it from a store it's part of a collection of games called The Orange Box.

As to a rating, I've no idea. I never pay attention to ratings.
