"Other" = Pot Roast

Sprinkle the top of the roast with powdered Au Jus, place in a oven bag with potatoes, carrots and an onion......cook till tender......it's 14:00 now, will be ready in a bit.....come on over! :)

Hope everyone had a great holiday!!

For me it depends on where I'm at. My mother has her annual family Christmas eve party and where my family is very old school Italian, you can always count on stuffed shells, some kind of eggplant parm or stuffed eggplant, meatballs, calamari stuffed or in a sauce (yuck), salad.

On Christmas day when we have our family over here, Jag always makes this incredible roast with squash, potatoes etc. This year in addition my father in law made a turkey and stuffing. Jag made turkey soup the next day with the leftovers. :D
