i have high hopes for this movie, i own all the other alien films and think they are great, with my favorite being the 3rd one

I'm glad to hear that the reviews put this new one back in line with the 1st and 3rd movies in that a lot of blood, gore, and horror

I just saw it. I prefer the first AVP since it had more backstory and the predator developed a bond with the human. This film had none of that. The fights were pretty good and the predator had some cool weapons.

Best line of the film was definitely "....people are dying. We need guns."

This movie I saw I give it 2 stars it was ok.

I enjoyed it far more than the first AVP, that's for sure. That put me to sleep.

This wasn't anythign special, just 90 minutes of pointless gore.

Sometimes that's just what the doctor ordered, though.
