The Yahoo NASCAR Fantasy League that I run every year called "NASCAR Fans '08" is about to drop the hammer on a new season.
Those of you that have run with us before know we had 40+ teams last season, that was up from 15 teams the year before so we are growing fast. The maximum number is 50 teams so don't wait or you will miss out on the fun.

How to Signup:
1) Go here and click the "Create a Team" button http://racing.fantasysports.yahoo.com/auto
2) When that is done click the "Join a Group" link (IIRC it's kind of small and hard to find)
3) Click the "Join a Private Group" button
4) Enter the Group# 1084 and password daytona and click Continue and you are done.
How to Play:
It is simple to do and only takes a few minutes each week, here is what is involved each week ...
Yahoo breaks the drivers into A, B & C classes. The Top 10 drivers in A, the next 20 drivers in B and the rest in C.
Before qualifying you pick 2 A list drivers, 4 B list drivers and 2 C list drivers for a total of 8 and that makes up your team for the weekend. After qualifying and before the start of the race from those 8 drivers you have to narrow it down to 1 A list driver, 2 B list drivers and 1 C list driver and those are your 4 'starters' for the race and those are the ones that will earn you race points.
Qualifying/Bonus points: The top 4 positions in qualifying are awarded points with 10 for 1st, 5 for 2nd, 3 for 3rd & 1 for 4th. You get 10 bonus points if any of your 4 drivers leads a lap and also 10 bonus points if they lead the most laps.
Important - You can only start a driver 9 times in one season so you can't just set a team and leave it all season, you have to manage your picks weekly. After the first week the drivers that you started will have a 1/9 to the right of their names, that tells you that that have been started 1 of 9 times and have 8 starts left.
