Can anyone explain what the flux is in the ASE.
Does it somehow affect your connection to a server???

I think it means the amount of change that your ping might occur during the server.

hmmm...
that sounds plausible.
but it says in ASE that I get 100 ping to Outlaws server and I am lucky if I can ever get better than 180????
that is a lot of flux.

The reason you get higher is because of the bad netcode.

I believe that when they say flux, they are meaning either standard deviation or varience. A statistical measure of how spread out the ping is over time.
