Very interesting and scary. However, I did read somewhere that the female Black Widow spider bite is the most painful on the planet.

No, but the complications after the bite of a black widow are often painful if not treated. I know people who were bitten by one that didn't even know for about an hour afterward, so they must not be very painful at all, most times. The people on the forums were talking about it hurting, but nothing too bad. The bad part comes from the abdominal pain and discomfort from the poison sickness afterward.
