So, have any of you ever managed to basically "steal" something from Amazon? Meaning - get something for what apparently is a mistake in pricing?
So far, I've managed to do this several times, the most recent being completely accidentally.
I was looking for a card reader to use with my notebook now that I have a fancy new camera that uses CF cards.
Found one for less than 10 bucks and bought it with a few other items. It arrives today, it's really just great. Even comes with a USB extension cord - an item I actually paid MORE than this for when I bought by itself a while back.
So I go pull up the link to send to a friend who was thinking about getting one. Whaddya know, but the item is actually 59.99!!
So I paid $8.06 and it's actually $59.99. Nice deal!
A while back I got a Dire Straits boxed set that I could tell was a mistake but I bought it and hey, got the price! My price...... $3.49 for the 2cd+1dvd boxed set. :P Current Price: $52.98
Then my oldest item. A dvd of an old TV show. I paid $9.99. Current Price - $29.99 but that could just be due to old TV cartoons getting so much more popular now.
