Smiley problem

I've seen some post in the past and gotten a PM today saying they are having problems being able to click the smilies. I've checked the "Registered Users" usergroup settings and do not see a problem. I logged in with IE6, IE7 and Firefox on my test acct and cannot seem replicate the problem.

If you are having a problem of not being able to click the smilies when posting
1) log out
2) close all windows
3) open a new window and flush your cookies
4) log back into the site and see if you still have a problem
5) if so, please fill out the following so we can try to figure this out.

I hate when I just want to write ":P" and I automatically get a "p", at last obtaining a ":p" smiley :P:P
