I have a 8mm anolag video camera and I am looking into converting all my tapes to a format that can be played on a DVD player. Does anyone have any suggestions on what video capture hardware that can do this? I would like the final result to have at least a decent quality when viewed on TV and not be too expensive to buy.

Camera: Sony Video8 Handycam

Outputs: 1 audio, 1 video, no S-video

Not real familiar with that kind of stuff yet. But any video capture card should work.
