Unreal 2 Graphics Help

Guys, I have a GeForce3 Ti500 and here is my problem...


In Unreal 2, most of the on in game characters and monsters are displayed weird. It is almost like the skins on the models are not showing right. I have had them sometimes with one color showing, and another time where they look all reflective (like a mirror). This happens to most of the enemies and characters in the game.

Has anyone experienced this? Do you understand what I mean? If not I can try to explain better or provide a screenshot..


BTW I have the skin detail level at High too.

Did you download all the latest patches? I'm not sure the game can run on Packard Bells.

It runs clear on my Packard Bell.
I also have Nvidia(Tnt), I think the Geforce is Nvidia, if so, try downloading the patche for your Geforce, I had that problem till I got the patche.

Hey dumbass.. the only patch out on their crapy site is for fixing the EAX sound issue. To think you actually try to run a gaming site, provide a link homo.

Also at least I have a good video card. Are you still running that Voodoo 1 ISA card.

If you have the latest driver, I hope this could help, try running it in custom graphics, I try helping ppl anyday.

Yea.. they pointed out that I forgot to turn on my computer before playing the game... how foolish of me.

And there I was sitting there looking at a blank monitor...

You must have the 41.09 drivers for all the texturest to work properly.

Machine where can i get them. Unreal site doesn't have them.. or at least I am blind and cannot find them..

The Machine has your backside, drivers previous to that, specifically the 40.XX series, had really bad graphics problems. That did it for me.

DARK LEVIATHAN I HAD that trouble with the people & that only showing like a mirror or all look like glay modles ...you have to change a setting in the gfx menu to stop it ...

Actually the new video drivers did the trick. All the graphics look right now. The game just takes 10000000000000 years to load a stinkin level. Time to upgrade the computer.
