My problem is Chili's,longhorn steakhouse,Red lobster,Copelands,El dorado casino, heck all the casino's. And that is usually the resturaunts for lunch.
I have been lately trying to stick to white meat and doing pretty good at it.
I had catfish and fries tonight .pork ribs the other day,chicken crispers from chili's

If I'm ever in the mood to make it I will have a salad with some cold meat in it. Maybe a hard boiled egg too. That way there is little fat, but you still get the protein. I'm no nutritionist (and not fat by any means), but it's pretty filling and will often do the trick for me.
