I am using a computer I bought way back in 2001 and virus softwares use to slow down my computer dramatically. For those who currently use one on your newer computers, how is it working for you guys? (I presume you are using a Duo Core or Quad Core).

Been using NOD32 for years and never any problems. Best antivirus I ever used and eats up very little memory.

Yeah same here, I've used Nod32 for a couple of years and it has caught everything and anything that is out there. Best imo

Also use Avast and have never had a problem. I have an Athlon 2100 processor running at 1.7 and it doesn't slow anything down.

I also love that it is free!
