Has anyone played or is currently playing LOTR Online? My friend gave me a free trial and was wondering if I should go for it.
If you play it I will play it.

Does that mean you have it or you'd get it? Either way, that would be really, really, really cool. I'd be playing in the Meneldor server, if I remember correctly. If I like it enough, I'll consider getting a lifetime membership since that's only $300 (used to be $200 though). Monthly fee is $10 a month, I think, for everyone else.
I don't have it but I'll get it because I wanna play with friends online.

Nope. I'm completely done with FPS games...haven't played any since Sam in Jan of '08. I play Rock Band and Scene It every now and then with friends, tho. Besides that, probably only MMORPGs, if any.
There's this game coming out soon its rpg and fps called Huxley.. You think you'll play that or you're strictly done with fps games ?

I never say never, but I don't have any plans on doing the FPS thing for the foreseeable future. After Sam and Q3A, there is no FPS that I can play more than 15 minutes without getting bored.

Is that new ^^ ?
It's fairly new so they update and patch it often, but tons of people play and there's a variety of game types. It might take some getting used to if you haven't played Q3A before. There is a test in the beginning that determines your skill level and then places you in games according to that level.
First learn to use your weapons -- Lightning Gun and Rocket Launcher especially -- and then learn movement -- strafe jumping and rocket jumps.
I played the game just now it pretty fun. I'm kinda decent I'd say.
EDIT:
Nvm I suck lol

Is there an Excessive Plus-type gameplay as well? I should correct my initial comment about playing Q3A to mention that I would only play Q3A's Excessive Plus mod since the other gameplay styles were too slow.
