New computer build

Well guys my mate is building me a new computer and he has told me i will need.
- Pentium Dual Core E5200 £49.00
- Pentium 4 M.Board £49.00
- 4gb DDR 800 £33.00
- 500gb Sata HDD £37.00
- DVD Writer Sata £18.00
- Palit 1024mb graphics card £84.00
- so does this sound like a good setup going out on monday to buy if it is.

your going to have to be a little more specific. based on what you have said there is no way to tell if it is garbage or not. what type of graphics card, motherboard, power supply? the pentium IMO is a little weak. I'd also prefer DDR 1066. The price should be fairly close.
