Basically, if you're someone who is a successful businessman and buys designer clothes, a nice Porsche, and is rockin a Rolex, you're going to be reported to the police for being a possible criminal.

...and I thought the posters all over the Tube that tell people to report other people to the police if they look 'suspicious', just like was done in the Communist USSR, was insane enough, this is just so insane I don't know what else to say.
