I've been logging some time on the Wii demo at BestBuy, the Sports Resort they have out is pretty killer and it uses the MotionPlus remote addons.

Dell Home has it for $175 right now ($25 instant rebate) + $13 S/H.

Thanks DE, that looks to be a better way to go even though the ones i've been looking at come packaged with Wii Sports, but i'm more interested in the newer Wii Sports Resort which is an additional $49 and comes with 1 of the MotionPlus addons. If I got Wii Sports, I don't think i'd play it.

As a wii owner, I can guarantee you that you will play Wii Sports. It is just really well done IMHO. The bowling is a crowd favorite.

Oh heck yeah, I liked the bowling, that is, once I got it in my head to not release the B button on the swing lol. For some reason they didn't put the baseball and tennis in Resort

For a limited time, they'll be offering the game with 2 addons for $60. Since the regular is 50 and a stand-alone addon is 20, that'd be 70, so buying the limited time bundle for $60 is a $10 savings.

It begins October 12/13 (the article I read said the 12th, but best buy's site says the 13th.

That is a nice deal with the 2 controller motionplus addons. Bestbuy is where we got James' and my Wiis, they had them for $199 (packaged w/Wii Sports) with an extra game Game Party 2 (which kinda sucks). I also ended up getting Wii Sports Resort and Wii Fit balance board.

T that sounds like it would have been fun, what game did they use? The boxing that is on the Wii sports disc is ok, but pretty basic but still has the training modes which are neat. It would be better if the pauses in between rounds could be adjusted, fight for a minute, 10 secs in between rounds and go again .... /Sho huffing and puffing :D

I agree, I'm using Punchout now, it is much better and works with the Wii Fit Balance board so if you duck or move to the side so does your character.
