Moderated topics?

There's a topic in the LE form, as well as the main LE forum which say Moderated: and then have the topic title. When I click on either of these topics, the color of the page is darker than the rest of GM and also if I make a post, it doesn't register as a post in the topic (the number stays at 0).

Just wondering if this is a bug or intentional or what? Thanks much

I approved those threads just now and thanks for calling them to my attention. We need a popup or something to alert Admins to those.

Their post count was lower than 10 (or 5 might be the limit) and they posted a hypertext link in their post is why that happened. We have set that way to spoil the ad spammer's fun.
