I'm thankful for good friends and a place to get together with them, virtual or not.

Happy belated Thanksgiving. I hope everyone had their fair share of turkey. We may have leftovers up to the Christmas holiday. :D

Here's how mine turned out. Came out very good and very tender. Tender enough in fact to unfortunately fall into pieces as I pulled it out of the cooker. Not a terrible thing but it does ruin the presentation part.

Bingo did you use that cooker you bought a year or two ago? It looks like it did a great job, save me some dark meat :D

Yeah I did. The Orion Cooker. I love the thing. Did a 21lb turkey in 2 hours 20 minutes.
