It was for me as well - right up until this summer when the closed down all the Florida stores :(

It looks like they are only in the lower region of the US, as far as quality and customer service, they smoke the hell out of McD's or BK. You actually hear a Thank you there and they seem like they are glad to see you instead of wondering when is quitting time like the people at McD's or BK.

The #9 here is a double meat hamburger, on the website menu it is a breakfast burrito which I like that too w/jalapenos & hotsauce, they will wake your ass right up.
