Yes, but its not a fail. This will be Serious Sam:BFE, to be released this summer. Unknown what BFE is. Look at the detail in the screenshots. Pretty awesome.

Wow, the graphics detail is amazing. It looks real. I will buy the game just for that reason. Will it have death match's or just co-op.

i am sure it will have death match based on how some of the people would complain if it didn't. that being said, I am sure most people here will not like it. a lot of the character of original SE was based on the edge jumping glitches which allowed you to run fast and make insane jumps with the knife. That stuff was fixed in the HD release, the game plays fine, but it is not quite the same. Weapons are much more balanced. A lot of the domination of SE was based on controlling the map, which is much harder to do today. Add to it with all the military shooters the SAM crowd will probably struggle to get enough players for a critical mass.

Looking forward to it, but alas the nice graphics won't help make the game as fun as it used to be back in the day. Sometimes I wish I could go back in time just to experience those days again. Best childhood evah! :P
