You got that from the NY Times? 9%? If the current Congress has the lowest approval rating in less than a year, what did the one before have? Get real and be serious. The last Congress F'd up so much and did nothing. The NY Times is a pathetic news source and everyone knows that. Just research their stories the past 10 years. The fact you even brought that up killed anything else you have to say about the subject.
