It's IHOP National Pancake Day. You can get free pancakes and help out a good cause.
IHOP restaurants are giving away a free short stack of pancakes to every guest from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. at 1,500 of its restaurants.
Donations are being collected in support of the Children's Miracle Network. The hope is that customers will donate what they would have paid to charity. This year, the restaurant chain aims to raise nearly $3 million for charity. If they succeed, it will be the most IHOP has raised since they started the event back in 2006.
