IE question

In IE, I can't view the flash file that I have in my sig. I have gone to macromedia's site and downloaded there flash player, but all I see is a white box. I think it is a setting in IE, in the internet option, but I don't know what it is. Any idea how to turn it on?

For the price it was down a day or 2 every once in awhile isn't bad

yup, I still think it is pretty decent hosting for the price. If I get back into it, I will definately consider then :)
