Didn't know you could actually sell your character on eBay :blink:
There were also people selling 1,000 gold :wacko:

:w00t: You can do it for any mmorpg and most of the time it ends up going to $100 for high level chars which is lame..when you get your won which is more fun :w00t:

Well, it's no joke about DAOC accounts. You can sell accounts with several maxed out chars for several hundred dollars (that's $x00.00 for you Outlaws :P). But there is a rule against selling items themselves for cash. So whatever you do, don't get the idea to start selling gold or swords or tree branches on ebay. :rolleyes:

It can be kind of a grind trying to get to level 50 on multiple characters. And if you haven't tried it already, it can be fun to try out some of the other roles than the one you originally picked when you started. However, I tend to agree with you that simply buying an account kind of cheapens the satisfaction you would get when killing someone with a character you did not build up yourself. That's just my personal opinion though. You know how people are about the going the path of least resistance...
