Game masters

Well, after watching True Life yesterday, where they had Fatal1ty, who is the greatest Quake3, Ut2k3 player in the world, I wanted to know if other games had players so vastly superior to everyone else. I know in starcraft there's Slayers_Boxer, and in Sam there is bones(dan now) and so on. Do you guys know of anyone else?

look, I dont give a **** about sam. Everyone will reach a level where they cant improve and everyone will be stuck there. Thats why the game is so cheap. Im talking games that require much more skill "quake 3" Utk3" Doom, starcraft, red alert, you name it. There is no best player in sam.

I bet if Fatality was to play sam he couldn't be much better than ppl like eph simply because head shots etc dont count in this game
although he'd probably learn a lot in sam that he could apply to other games... further proving his invincibility :w00t:

Sam has been mastered by a number of players who can play this game at its limits. I mean the really good Sam players will kill you in one shot half way across the map. How do you improve on that???

But to answer Phoenix's question....How about "Thresh" in Quake iii

One of the Best UK UT2K3 Player is called =(CM)=Ninja, he is way better than 99% of people,I&#39;ve played him once with about 4 people in match, his final score was 50/1 i think, I was at 19/74

I really odnt know what happened to him actually. Who knows he may not have liked Quake3 as some of the people from Quake2 didnt.

I hated 56k.

After 2 hours online you would get hit with extra chargesfor exceeding the time limit.
With DSL you are connected 24/7 with no probs.

Dan, Machine, and Freestyler, TUW are a few of the people that handed me my as* a few times. Which I think is a testament to their skill. I don&#39;t think there is one master in this game. I think it is shared by five people at any given time. Some days I feel on top whereas others I feel like I&#39;m only in the top 10. :shifty:
