Outlaws Battle Arena Map

Since Sean has already told everyone he made this map for us, We decided to share it with you all. It's gonna be added to the GameMecca Custom Map Server's rotation, so you all will need it. Sean did great job on it and we have many a great time on it. Let us know how you like it.

It's a self-extracting zip file set to unzip to the default location. Or you can manually extract it and copy & paste the gro file in there yourself.

IMO Load it with about six players and it will hang with Little Trouble anyday. :jammin:

Hey Fastway I tried to get in with you and Chico, but got the Server Full message even though you had it set to six players. I'm afraid that's gonna happen to the Custom maps server too. When people try to get in and they don't have the map, It hangs their IP and takes up a player position in the games. WE NEED THAT PATCH!!!!!!!!!!! There I feel better now. :D

I like just bouncing on the jump pad in the middle and firing rockets into all the passages...LOL

well Shogun next time I will set player limit to 16...so maybe then at least three or four people will actually get in to play....

Thanks for the map Shogun.........It's great y'all decided to share it with the rest of us............I can see where it would be a blast with a bunch of people in it
I also had the same problem with the "server full" message in Shotty trouble. So I set the player limit to 16...still had a few problems but not as many..........I also ran this script to keep out observers, there is another one like it but I don't have it.
press your tilde button "~" to bring down your console, type in
/net_strobserverpassword="anything" press enter, escape out of the console and start the game..........you can use any word you want where I put in anything.....be sure to use the quotation marks. This will cut down on lag and keep player slots from being filled up. If you are running a dedicated server you could enter this in your dedicated script file.
If anyone knows any other methods that would make these custom maps work better please let me know.....I am getting a little bored with the regular ones.
