All Seeing Eye

I've never used the All Seeing Eye program/software before.
Does this pic show anything that I should be concerned about?
Should I click on the accept button?

I would say yes, it is just testing your bandwidth. It could have something to do with how the pings and all that good stuff show up in ASE. Nothing to worry about, click next or accept ;)
