find a picture you want and get its url.put the [Img] tags around it. it should look like this

You want somee scrolling text, its
<marquee>Your Text</marquee>
You can add size, like
<marquee>[size=7]Your Text[/size]</marquee>
It will make:
<marquee>Your Text</marquee>
Or
<marquee>Your Text</marquee>
